Standards Review

(Kansas City, Mo.) – KC Water design standards are regularly reviewed, a process involving public comment from the building trades community.

A review of proposed standards changes will be held on Thursday, May 12, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the KC Water Services Auditorium (please use north entrance), 4800 East 63rd Street, Kansas City, MO 64130. Changes will be reviewed for the following design standards:

KC Water maintains and operates water treatment and distribution systems, stormwater management systems, and wastewater collection and treatment systems for residential and business customers in Kansas City and for wholesale customers in the Kansas City area. KC Water is primarily funded by fees charged to customers based on their use or impacts on the three utility systems.
