Save time and enroll in KC Water Auto Pay. Your bill will be paid on time, directly from you checking or savings account on the bill due date and there is no cost to you. You can Register or Login to enroll in Auto Pay or you click here to download a paper copy of the Auto Pay enrollment form.

You can access the 24-hour payment line directly by calling 816-513-0567. Please have your 16-digit account number (in bold, excluding the last digit) or phone number ready and house number ready.

You can drop off your payment in our lock box located in front of our lobby (South Entrance) at 4800 E. 63rd St. Kansas City, MO 64130. Please include your full 17-digit account number or the detached bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Payments left in the drop box after 8 a.m. Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the next business day by noon.
